Our residents enjoyed a Mexican Fiesta here at Warren Park last month!
We went all out with decorating our dining room to welcome our residents to the event, complete with an inflatable cactus! Our residents were shocked to see that several of our staff members had ‘grown’ moustaches and were sporting sombreros to get into the party spirit!

Our catering team outdid themselves once again with a mouth-watering menu. Our residents enjoyed nachos to start with guacamole, salsa and sour cream dips. This was followed by a choice of chicken enchiladas or vegetable chili, though lots of residents opted to try a bit of both.
Dessert was traditional Mexican churros served with chocolate sauce – and there weren’t any left overs!

After dessert, residents were tasked with a traditional Mexican pinata – and it took 9 residents and 3 staff members to crack it open! It was worth it in the end though as the chocolates and sweet treats fell out and were shared amongst our residents.

We are looking forward to our next Fine Dining Event in May.
